Our new Manager Dashboard provides team data across the HulerHub ecosystem including tile interactions, user activity & recognition reports.
Note: for the Manager Dashboard to appear for managers within Hub, you’ll first need to ensure that ‘isManager’ is toggled on in user settings.
If your user import is done via CSV or SFTP, the relevant columns for each manager will need to be set to ‘YES'
Your direct team will also need to have the relevant Manager selected in their User Profile.
Once you have your team structure complete following the steps above, a new Manager Dashboard option will appear in the burger menu in the preferences area for managers only.
Upon selecting the dashboard, managers will be presented with a view that looks similar to the reporting area within Admin. Where our reporting area contains data on all users, this dashboard is breakdown of a managers direct team.
Note: depending on the products you have with Huler, you may see a variety of options across the top. The Manager Dashboard reports on the following:

Learn
Journals
Recognition
Each area covers the same reporting elements that the standard Admin reporting area does. All areas are clickable to load a further breakdown. As well as a normal view, you also the ability to download each area as a CSV.
