The ability to hide tiles from Workplace helps you keep your content organised and clutter free. You can now hide specific tiles from Workplace whilst still having them appear in Collections.
Note: Only tiles that are created in or added to a Collection can be hidden from the Workplace.
There are currently two ways to add tiles to a Collection: by creating the tile independently from the Collection and adding it in or creating it directly in the Collection itself.
When adding existing tiles to a Collection, a prompt will now appear giving you the option to either hide this tile from Workplace or continue to have it showing:
When creating a new tile within a Collection, a new toggle option will appear in the Settings area which gives you the option to show or hide this tile from Workplace:
As well as this, articles can now be edited directly in a Collection by selecting the ‘…' and choosing 'Edit Article’ - this gives you easier access to edit article without needing to go to the Comms area.
Note: Tiles will still be accessible in the Admin area.
